Happy Friday! I’m spending one more day in NYC before I fly off to Atlanta for the Style Bloggers of Color Conference. I’m the keynote speaker (*gulp*), so have a lot to prepare, including my speech!! But before I get to it, I did take some time to solve a few Mail Bombs.
Let’s get it.

According to several sources, Paula posed with her hubby in $790 Alexander McQueen skull peep toe pumps and a colorful dress by Clover Canyon. Unfortunately her dress doesn’t seem to be available, but while scrolling through their offerings, I fell head over heels for their printed pieces. They are the bomb! Check out a few dresses here:

Cassie attended Kanye West’s Fall 2012 fashion show in a pair of $401 quilted puff pants by KTZ:
Unfortunately they’re sold out! We’ll let you know if we find something similar.
Kenya writes, “Can you please let me know who makes the pants that Simones cousin Dina has on at Niecy Nash’s Celebration?”
Simone’s cousin Dina? We usually only find looks from well known celebs from the past year, but you’re lucky I like you:) It looks like Simone’s cousin Dina looked summer ready in a $170 pair of printed stretch skinny jeans by Current Elliott:
The colors seem more saturated online, but I’m pretty sure those are them. If you love, get ‘em at Net-a-Porter. Note, the jeans also comes in a blue colorway:

Lastly, in a wardrobe query, Ari writes, “Seems as though everyone is going crazy over American flag, well shorts period! I recently purchased a pair and no idea what to wear with them!!”

Those are super cute! If you don’t want to go the typical route (white, red, or blue t-shirt or tank with Converse sneakers), you can take a cue from Solange, who wore Topshop’s moto hot pants with a printed bralet top in Beyonce’s party video.

I’m actually scheduling a bunch of posts for today, as my sci-fi buddy wants to be the first at the theater to see Prometheus. I’m slightly terrified at the thought of the film (I’m more of a fashion comedy type of gal—Zoolander is still one of my all time faves), but I’ll let you know what I think of the flick via Twitter.

The gray off the shoulder dress that wendy raquel wore is on The Game is on stylepantry.com. The dress is photographed in black and they list the store on the sight as well.
