Mel B was spied headed to “X Factor” auditions in Manchester, England earlier today sporting the same $795 Stella McCartney black and white colorblock Evening 2012 dress worn by Alicia Keys and Monica.
While all three ladies opted for black heels, with Mel in Versace, Alicia in Stella McCartney, and Monica in Giuseppe Zanotti, Monica was the only celeb to break up the monotone white and black with a bright green Birkin bag.
The two-tone dress features a form-fitting, knee-length silhouette, and sleeves that measure right above the elbow.
Alicia won the last Who Wore it Better in a landslide, I love how Monica added a bit of color with her bag. And as for Mel B, those shoes seems way to chunky for such a sleek look. What do you think?

I would like to vote on two chic’s who are not an option! I would love to see Nicki Minaj in something like this! Although her ass would looks ridiculous lol..but she seems to like that..it would seriously compliment her style without going over the top.
And Beyonce would look tooooooooo amazing in this, I would love to see someone with her shape in this dress, I could picture the shoes, hair and everything wither her in this outfit!
but for the sake of the poll I’m def voting alicia, her shoes are the best out of all three ladies! & she looks amazing.

Umm….Mel B’s body does not work for this dress…plus it looks like she is slouching. I think Monica and Alicia look great in the dress, but I adore Alicia’s overall execution of the dress.
