Mary J Blige sang the National Anthem at the 138th Kentucky Derby in a ravishing red ensemble:
The “No More Drama” singer slipped on a red ruffled one shoulder cocktail, accented by red suede pumps, a red hat, and red satin gloves. She added interest with Lorraine Schwartz rose cut diamond earrings and a diamond bracelet.
Hmm..I think I would’ve loved this outfit more minus the gloves…but then again, her accessories are appropriate considering the event. The dress is cute, shoes are popping, hat works. Hot!

The outfit is “okay” to me – I’m not a huge fan of the color red, and this is a lot.

Cute, Im not a huge fan of the way everything is put together but she looks nice! Mary def has the cutest outfit of the three ladies pictured. That blue dress is a MESS.

I love Mary but she can never get it right. Those tats should have been covered, she looks like Barbie Ghetto Derby. And the whole outfit is just bad, those gloves, etc.

Mary’s dress and hat are nice, but she should have nixed the gloves and worn a different shoe. That suede is doing nothing for that satin ensemble. I like both Star and Coco’s hate. Neither of them are winning in the dress department…

Is it just me or I never did like the Kentucky Derby big hats and fancy dress get up. I don’t know not one of my favorite looks. But if I had to choose I’d have to say Mary looked the best.
Plus, she really sang the anthem! Great job.

Coco’s clothes ALWAYS look cheap and I have yet to see her with a handbag that made a statement… this one looks like its not even leather. Mary went from shuckin & jiving for chicken in that commercial to this mess of an outfit.

I think Mary looks pretty (as always). I like the entire outfit. I think Coco looks nice, but a little too casual for the Kentucky Derby. I’m sure a lot of people would disagree …but I actually think Star is the most appropriately dressed for the event.

Who would have thought coco would be best dressed. But to me she looks real cute. Mary is on red overkill. Something lighter and airy would have looked better, and those tattoo’s all over take away from the look.
