We know that Miss Universe is always beautiful and worldly, but having style is not always a given. Leila Lopes is the latest to wear the crown and at The Avengers Premiere at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival, she showed that she is definitely a fashionista. For the occasion, she wore what seems to be a cream colored long-sleeve wrap top with rolled trousers to match, though she could also be wearing a jumpsuit. Leila finished her look with $1,095 Christian Louboutin Exagona Sandals:
Leila accessorized with a gold spike necklace and a white and gold watch.
Her sandals feature a peep-toe silhouette, crisscross straps, covered platforms and sky-high 6.3″ heels.

Ok, I officially need more Leila Lopes! First of all, she is absolutely gorgeous. Doesn’t she remind you of Arlenis Sosa? Leila is also working this look! Hopefully she’ll be out and about more often, though I know Miss Universe has rules.

I think 6″+ heels are just uncalled for! lol I mean, no one can walk in shoes that high. Yes, they are super cute but lets be honest – they are not meant for walking( I dont care if you wear born with heels on).
For the average lady, spending thousands on a pair of shoes you can only wear for…ummm 30 mins isnt really worth it. Or is it? lol

I don’t like her makeup. The shoes have a platform, so the heel is most likely at a 4inch slope not a 6.3″. I like my heels at least 4 inches, i dunno 3 inch heels look weird to me??? Maybe its because super tall heels are the rage now

Love it. This reminds me of the white jumpsuit Rihanna wore. Sometimes, simplicity is best.
As for the shoes, I really wish lower heels would come back in style. At 5’8, 6.3inch heels are just not an option. I have zero interest in looking like I play for the WNBA.

I know that’s right @terilili. I’m also 5’8″ and won’t do anything over 4in. Those heels are ridiculously too high. I don’t like the pants either, they should have been a little longer. She’s a gorgeous girl though. Toni’s Braxton’s son is a little cutie.

not a fan of the makeup choice but still She looks undeniably amazing. as far as the heel height. I am also 5′ 8″ but will rock a platform shoe in an instant. There is nothing wrong with a talk girl in a high heel. NeNe leaks for example

I think the blouse and the shoes are great, but the trousers are horrible!!! For the color matching and for the capri size! Hot or not? Not for sure!
