Ah, Who Wore it Betters are so fun, no?
It seems celebs are always dipping in and taking inspiration from each other’s closets.
Former Burger King spokeswoman and songstress extraordinaire Mary J Blige was spied at Barneys in a coral blazer, purple jeans, a Hermès belt, and the same $1,095 Giuseppe Zanotti Spring 2012 Tan Lace Up Peep Toe Boots Nicki Minaj wore to perform on Good Morning America back in February:
Both ladies kept it colorful, though Mary went for a more conservative look with long sleeves and jeans.
The lace ups have a 4.5″ heel, a leather upper, and a leather sole.
Yet another tough decision! I like both outfits. Nicki’s dress is fun and youthful; Mary’s ensemble is fresh with a slightly more sophisticated allure. I say they both look great!

I like Nicki’s version better because I like these boots with bare legs and I am getting way over Mary’s Hermes belts. That said, Mary’s doing better from the neck up.

Mary took this one with flying colors. Shoes + belt combo is winning. I agree with B about the look with bare legs being cute. I just don’t agree w/nicki’s dress with those shoes. The shoes and dress are do not compliment each other at all…

I don’t like the way them pants fit Mary grrrr, they should have been flared or straight instead of skinny…Nicki did this one for me =) and I don’t like the HERMES belt, just get a BIRKIN!
