LOL some of these comments were hilarious. As a fellow midwestner (HEYYYY) who’s relocated to a bigger city I can say he did a good job upgrading his style to fit into his new surroundings. That being said, he looks no different from other black production heads in the LA area (I know because 5 of my close friends are in film production) so he doesn’t get an A for originality but he gets an A for choosing pieces that compliment him.
I agree with whomever commented about his self description. It came across as pompous and contrived. Obviously he is intelligent and has mastered the fine art of the English language but his description was off putting to me, but that is my humble opinion.
Some, HONESTLY, were more smitten with his looks (which reminded me of Common) than his PERSONAL style which is common in the LA black scene but I’ll take a grown and sexy style than someone who takes my clothes and “re-dicks” it.
