Don’t fret about Fall’s welcoming of cold weather: just wear Moschino. Rossella Jardini turned Fall 2012 into a big party with punchy hues, big bows, functional silhouettes, and loads of leg. From the flash and glitz of the 1980′s to the gaudy costumes of Spanish matadors, the influences varied but all came together seamlessly with quintessential Moschino pizzazz.
It seems Jardini is ushering in a new fashion acronym: LBC or the little black coat. Large gold buttons, quilted leather, and white fur trims were just some of the ways the traditional style was given a spin in the collection.
Bold outerwear in red, white, blue and pink shades followed suit, along with cute capes. Shelf your neutrals–Fall 2012 is all about standing out.
The brand had fun with patterns including black and white stripes, houndstooth, and a gold medallion print.
Some of my favorite looks in the collection were the adorable dresses featuring fringe detailing, drop-waist silhouettes, ruffles, and oversized paillettes. Everyone from Hollywood’s youngest actresses to the more mature set will find something to love.
You can always expect a functional and fun collection from Moschino. These looks make me excited for Fall to come back around again. The outerwear was so strong, I can definitely see the bright coats being huge retail hits. I can’t wait to see how the flirty party dresses are worn on the red carpet in the months to come by the brand’s fans, including Paula Patton.
What do you think?

I love moshino so much, the first pictures allmost let me drop my jaw but the more i scrolled down (since the white coat with golden buttons) the more i closed my mouth again. I can’t really describe what’s wrong with it but it’s just wrong.
