The high-waisted floral navy stretch denim cutoffs have a frayed hem and mild distressing.
Ci Ci has legs for days…why not flaunt ‘em? And hey, it was pretty hot in LA…

Something seems a bit off…I think it may be the red lipstick, paired with the bleach blonde hair. It seems to harsh for the shorts.

I like the shorts with the belt, the belt anchors the outfit- makes it go well with the shoes. I have always found short shorts extremely uncomfortable. They seriously ride up.

Let’s be real, of course Ciara has fabulous long legs–however, that doesn’t excuse the length of her shorts. They need to be a bit longer, it looks like she’s wearing underwear. SN: The blonde hair is awful.
