Kanye West and Morgan Freeman were the only men featured this week, but they both looked dapper in expertly tailored black suits. A slew of ladies opted for color, breaking up the monotony of the red carpet including Chanel Iman in green at the Runway to Win event, Ashanti in Jack Guisso Fall 2011 Couture, Thandie Newton in Stella McCartney and Melanie B in Roland Mouret. Letoya Luckett, Sarah Jane Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Selita Ebanks opted for black looks that were given some life when paired with interesting textures, while Vanessa Williams and Monique Péan kept it simple in neutrals.

Chanel was the only lady really serving it up to me. A little bit of blush would have really made her pop.
