Solange made an appearance at a Runway to Win event in NYC co-hosted by Anna Wintour and Scarlett Johansson wearing a deliciously vibrant violet and pink kissed Vera Wang Spring 2012 gown and Giuseppe Zanotti Open Toe Double Platform Pumps:
Her dress, modified from the runway, boasts a peplum and cut away skirt:
Zanotti’s $650 5.5 inch heels have a suede upper and leather sole.
This look is gorge. Loving the colors, and dying for those shoes. Her orange lipstick only enhances the hotness.

Amazing! Solange has said that the first thing that attracts her to an outfit is colour, and she is so right. The colour of the gown compliments her perfectly and she looks stunning. Im not a fan of her hair. I liked it when it was just cut very low and she had the side part.

She looks great! Gorgeous outfit. I think her concealer is perhaps a tad too light or maybe there’s a tad too much of it on, and I also think her hair could do with a little more volume in the sides to really show off how beautiful it is, but she’s still so beautiful anyway that it doesn’t matter.
She has a great figure for that dress.

I love her style & she is rocking that afro. I want to go natural, but when I want to put on something more fancy I think i would want my weave back in. But the way Solange rocks this look lets me know it time to natural soon!!! ( I believe life would be more easy when I do, No more spending hours in the hair shop or taking my hair down. & i’ll save alot of money too!!! )
