@J. I believe those oxfords are Steve Madden. They are also available in different colors (cognac leather/turquoise sole, black nubuck/blue sole).

I really like this look! It is a lot just for the airport, but she is Kim K. and her lifestyle does mean having to look good everytime you step foot out of the house!
The gold accessories really pull it together.
