We’re only a few weeks into 2012 and it seems we already have a new ‘it’ shoe!
Jennifer Hudson recently made an appearance at Barnes & Noble wearing the same $839 YSL Red Sued Cap Toe Tribtoo Pumps Brandy wore for an appearance on the Wendy Williams show:
While JHud went the safe route, wearing the striking heels with a long sleeved black dress, Brandy opted for sass, rocking the pumps as an exclamation point to a Stella & jamie tweed short suit. I must admit, in the real world, I’d probably go for Jennifer’s simple yet classy style, though Brandy really makes the shoes shine thanks to her long legs and chic contrasting colors.

Fun fact: These shoes have a hotly controversial red sole. Christian Louboutin would not be happy…

Base on the question Jennifer because the shoe is the main focus even though I like brandy’s outfit but the shoes are playing second fiddle

Brandy’s outfit makes the shoe shine. Jennifer’s black dress is safe. It’s a good choice but too predictable.

First I love this shoe and I have been looking at it for quite some time now. Jennifer looks good but she’s safe, its what is to be expected. I think Brandy’s look is more fashion forward

i love the suit, absolutely love it. the shoes are cool too, wouldnt mind having them in my closet. HOWEVER, together, they dont compliment each other. Separately they’re both fire pieces but the suit is statement-esque enough. i wouldve liked brandy to put a black shoe with it instead..

Jennifer looks like plain jane not sure if she is rocking the shoes right, she need a better stans. Brandy on the other hand stands out, she is more risky but she really needs to loose the jacket and the outfit will look much better with the shoes.
