Things have gotten off to a slow start in celeb land this first week of 2012, though we were able to uncover a few snaps of our faves around town. Red carpets remain cold, though many stars have been spied enjoying basketball games and running quick errands.

Sigh…it’s a pretty underwhelming week, eh? Mary J Blige looked banging in a Herve Leger dress over New Year’s Eve Weekend, and Drake added a splash of color to his down coat repertoire, rocking blue in Vegas. In terms of casual looks for the ladies, Lala might reign supreme. I’m loving the simply chic all black look she wore to The Charlotte Bobcats Vs The New York Knicks Game yesterday.

Lala has been winning me ova lately fashion wise get it Mrs. honey lol loves her as much as I LOVE MJB her fashion choices sometimes slays me and not in a good way :(

As far as every day casual goes, I really love Jessica Alba’s look.
Why is Drake even in this section? I like Drake, really, but this is a terrible look for him. He really needs to quit with the down jackets. Dude needs something a little more fitted on top and to pull up his damn pants to actually dress that nice physique of his.

Drake may not be the best male dresser, but I love how he sticks to what he likes, and stays true to himself—never over the top! Mary….*sigh*. Too much going on, smh. I agree with the comment about wanting to see her in something more subtle, and even age appropriate. Jessica and Zoe are making the casual look oh so good! And Lala, eh…same old same old.
