Black Girls Rock! (and we know it) went down this weekend. Well, the taping did at least—we’ll see the actual show soon enough on BET. The event brought out so many beautiful stars that we should just get right into it…
I’m loving this shade of pink lipstick on Tracee Ellis Ross! I kinda miss that she’s not letting her signature “Joan Carol Clayton” curls be out and free, but Tyra would be proud of her showing neck.
Well alright then, Taraji P. Henson! Skin, hair, brows, lashes, cheeks, lip color—it all looks gooood! HOT!
Alek Wek hit the BGR red carpet with a smirk that says “Yep, I’m hot”. I LOVE the makeup! Work it out, girl.
Regina King rocked out the bronzy smoky eye/pink sparkling lip look along with her cute, edgy ‘do. I probably would have skipped the generous amount of body shimmer on the arms, but then if I had arms like Regina, I’d be all “ignant” with it so carry on, girl.
Yesssss! All sorts of win with this gorgeous makeup and hair look, Melanie Fiona! I love how the ends are a golden brown color. GT represent! HOT!
This is what I both love and respect about the Mary Mary girls: their hair is ALWAYS laid and their faces are always BEAAAAT. Yassss! I’m walking, I’m walking, I’m walking…
Keesha Sharp and her beautiful head of hair (which I hear is all natural) looked both pretty with the soft waves and edgy with the smoky liner, berry lips, and black polish. If she doesn’t give me that bracelet there will be all sorts of problems.
Jilly from Philly brought her usual “knock ‘em dead” face game with this perfect makeup look. Love the curls, too. HOT!
Also representing for the girls with the curls, Elle Varner hit the stage. I’m a HUGE fan of the green liner on the bottom waterline look and she rocks it quite well. HOT!
Black Girls Rock! founder DJ Beverly Bond of course came to the event looking good. HOT!
And finally Naturi Naughton hit the scene at Fuse Studio with her baby face and new short ‘do. So cute! HOT!
That does it for this week! Whose look is your favorite?
