• Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony team up with Kohl’s to create two capsule collections of accessories, home items and apparel for men and women. They are respectively The Jennifer Lopez Collection and the Marc Anthony Collection, and they would like to be referred to as such, thank you very much. You can preview both now. (Kohl’s)
• In the tradition of another Grimm duo, Viktor & Rolf is releasing a book of fairy tales, illustrating their “beautifully surreal universe.” The stories feature original characters like the Disco Hedgehog and Princess Giselle, who may or may not be based on a certain modern-day princess named Giselle. The book is set to hit stores this October.
• ELLE Magazine has enlisted part of Victoria’s Secret‘s roster (Chanel Iman, Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes,Miranda Kerr) to provide us with four different versions of the same glossy for an upcoming month. i just hope she didn’t sell her name to some clothing company and produce useless tacky garments that she wouldn’t be caught dead in. *ahem* beyonce, kardashians….
vera wang’s kohl’s line isn’t bad so maybe there is hope. i just want these celebrities to stop trying to make a quick buck, they have enough money already! if you’re going to do a clothing line, perfume, shoes, whatever….respect your consumer and don’t put out garbage!
