Beyonce appeared on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight last night in London, looking positively radiant in a bright tangerine peplum shift with light cream platform pumps.

King B. kept it simple and chic in her form-fitting orange dress, which accentuated her curves. Although the usually glam superstar opted for a more conservative look, she still managed to look fresh faced and fabulous with minimal makeup, along with her signature halo of curls, and no jewelry.
Fabulous! What say you bombers and bombshells?

She could have worn a pair of stud earrings….
June 28, 2011 9:30 am

Bey looks like she is going 2 church!!! LOL
June 28, 2011 9:42 am
She’s look old and dowdy in this outfit. The color is washing out her skin complexion. I get the going for a conservative look but she should have opted for something little more age flattering and a different color.

I agree Anonymous AND Gemini !! took the words RIGHT outta my mouth! From the neck up she is STUNNING!!!!
June 28, 2011 9:56 am
She needs a tan to wear that dress… but whatever she’s amazing, and I’m jammin to 4 right now so…

Loves the dress, wish the hem was a bit higher. She definitely should’ve opted for a better shoe and a pair of earrings though…
June 28, 2011 10:40 am
It reminds me of the Marc Jacobs (?) dress she wore on Easter.

She looks great. I did miss the earrings. Great convo though.

I love orange, but the brighter orange Calvin Klein sheath (and tan) she was rocking earlier this summer was much nicer on her.

i missed the earrings and just a great nude lip, and im not feeling those white pumps….with the outfit! i love bey to peices but the white pumps make it a tad granny to me #im just sayin……

I think she thought she was Jackie Onasis that day…not felling the bare look…i dunno… its like she was trying too hard to fit in wit the brits dawling (in my best british/london/UK accent) I cah help it tha way eh tawk no? lol
June 28, 2011 3:08 pm
Dis-a-pointed, from head to toe. I don’t care for the hair, it looks a little dry. Dress-no! shoes-HELL NO! No jewels? Come on….
June 28, 2011 3:26 pm
This looks appears forced…she looks much older in this outfit..Hmm!
June 28, 2011 3:31 pm
The dress along with the shoes age her lovely!!!!!!! This look looks like something an older woman would wear!!!!!!
June 28, 2011 3:48 pm
She looked okay..but that interview..my god! And this is who we suppose to look up to and worship and praise and spend our last dime on?
Oh ok..well miss me with all of that! *smh*
Carry On! :)
June 28, 2011 4:08 pm
Hmmm…not feeling it. Only thing I like is the color of the outfit
June 28, 2011 4:15 pm
This just says “hmm” to me . . . the color of the dress and her coloring is just “off” . . . also, her shoes are too light . . . a more tonal hue would have been more flattering to her skintone . . . that being said, her makeup is to flat for such a bright color! Code Blue, Code Blue! This is a fashion emergency!
June 28, 2011 4:29 pm
Who created/designed Bey’s shoes? Those shoes are HOT!
June 28, 2011 5:23 pm
The best part of her outfit are the shoes. If she would have pulled back her hair, and put on some studs it may have cleaned up the look for her. It’s a “Hmmm…” for me.
June 28, 2011 5:40 pm
great

I think it might be the light outside where this pick was taken. If you watch the Piers Morgan interview on CNN, the dress appears much more orange and the hair and makeup appear warmer, not washed out at all. I think the dress would Look more age appropriate if she took the hemline up to just skimming the knee. It would give the outfit a more youthful yet Still ladylike appearance. I think it’s refreshing the times when she dresses demurely, nothing wrong with being ladylike. For those who think more makeup would have been better. I feel the opposite, more makeup and we would have heard “Send In The Clowns.” The fullness of the hair is enough of a statement. Being ladylike is ALWAYS appropriate no matter what your age.

Those shoes are ug-a-lee!!!!!
And that orange dress just washed her out.
I am a fan of Bey’s music, but her style has always been hit or miss to me
June 28, 2011 7:15 pm
during the interview i kept looking at her ears thinking “why doesnt she have on a pair of studs?” …and those minnie mouse heels were bothering me as well.
its funny that alot of yall are complaining about the color and she said during the interview that the color made her pick that dress! lol
June 28, 2011 9:46 pm
the bish could wear a garbage bag and rock it!
June 29, 2011 1:00 am
She def. looks fresh face here. I love the simplicity of her makeup however, I do wish she she was wearing a orange that was more flattering against her skin tone, this def. does washing her out. I think she could have accessorized tho..maybe some bracelets, a ring or something!

A shorter hem, on the knees or just above would have been great. To keep on the season trend of colorblocking, I would have loved to see a emerald (or purple) pump, and emerald diamond studs! Otherwise, this is not a surprising look coming from Beyonce. Her outfits are usually a hit-or-miss case scenario. I for one, am not a fan of that color shoe — EVER! I do love the hair and fresh faced makeup, nonetheless.
