Bright color combos were seen all over the spring 2011 runway shows and many of our favorite celebs are taking on the trend. Keri Hilson was spotted recently with a bright eye liner look with an equally bright lip color. The look is pretty and fresh without being over the top. The trick to pulling this off is that even though the liner is bright, it’s simple enough to not compete with her lip color. Plus her blush color is understated.
To get Keri’s look, after you’ve applied foundation and powder, grab a sprakly green eyeliner (or an eyeshadow with a eyeliner brush) like Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil in Mildew (or if you want to kick things up a notch try UD 24/7 Pencil in Graffiti). I adore this makeup look! Rocked it many times. I’m a blonde, so I’m always wearing army/olive green- no matter the season because it highlights the hair color. Paired with tanned skin and gold jewelry, it’s a winning combo. I love the bright coral lip, however, I can spot the edge of her fuchsia bag so that’s a big no-no.
