So after last week’s clash of the titans, we’re back to our regular fair with Bee from New Jersey:
Bee was actually nominated for the feature by her friend Angelica, who says, ” Bee is an amazing stylist! Aside from being a great friend, her fashion sense is impeccable.”

Hey everyone! Vuitton here recovering from an amazing weekend, and I trust you guys are all doing the same. But if you didn’t, there’s nothing a little vicarious living can’t cure. And not only through yours truly. Celebs were spotted all over town partying it up at awards shows, basketball games, and birthday celebrations.
But did they meet your expectations? Or could their looks be swept under the rug? Let’s take a look.
First up is Drake, who struck a pose on the red carpet at last night’s Juno Awards in Toronto (a place I miss so dearly)…
I’m a fan of the beard. But hmm… something about the suit throws me off. It could be the choice in tie, or the fact that his shoes seem a bit heavy for a suit this color. I love that he took a risk, though it doesn’t seem executed properly. I’m not worried though. He’s sure to redeem himself.
Melanie Fiona also joined in on the festivities…
The songbird wore a curve hugging tube dress in a metallic greenish hue and pewter platform pumps. I’ve seen her look better, but she still looks cute here. I wasn’t completely moved, so she gets lukewarm at best.
Supermodel Chanel Iman was also in the building wearing an ensemble by Canadian designers, Dean and Dan Caten of DSquared2…
I’m completely enamored with the coat and the necklace, but everything else seems a bit overboard for me. The gloves, the long leather skirt. Sure, it’s the perfect outfit for fashion week, but hmm… not so much an awards show.
Tatyana Ali got geeked up and went to the Nintendo 3DS launch party…
And in doing so, let out her sultry side in this thigh skimming black military inspired number and Dolce Vita Valencia Open Toe Pumps. I love how the length of the dress is offset by how tight it is. And the navy shoes and pink nails add some spring pop to the ensemble. Hot!
Gabrielle Union and her enviable skin were in attendance as well…
Mixing neutrals, a total spring trend, the actress donned a brown leather jacket and an off white cut out dress with white sandals to match. Hot!
High School Musical alum Corbin Bleu showed his charitable side at the Starlight Children’s Foudation Gala…
I like the suit itself, but a black shirt paired with a light colored tie never sits comfortably with me. Hmm… and the shoes are an absolute no-no. If he took Drake’s shoes, he could’ve saved himself just a bit.
Up next is Nicki Minaj, who made an appearance at “Pool After Dark” hosted by Harrah’s Resort…
I’m shocked the rapper took a tamer route with her actual outfit, dressing herself in black. She added some pop to the outfit with her hair and makeup. But hmm…why no monster Giuseppe heel, Nicki?
Diggy Simmons celebrated his 16th birthday in NYC with friends and family wearing a Circle of Influence jacket, Android Homme sneakers, and a Louis Vuitton Damier graphite belt:
Diggy surely celebrated in style with his fly jacket and sneakers. He’s lucky I’m not as short as he is because I’d be doing frequent runbys.
And lastly, Angela Simmons, Lala Vazquez, and Kim Kardashian kicked it courtside at a New York Knicks game, but posed for the cameras…
The ladies left practicality at the door with these outfits, but I must admit, they look ever so chic. Angela in a gold flapper dress, leather jacket and Louboutins. Lala in a pink button down tied to the front, black trousers and fierce Giambattista Valli fringe peep toes. And Kim rounding out this trio in a fur coat, ripped jeans and thigh high boots. Hot!

Lala Vazquez-Anthony kicked it with her buddy Kim Kardashian at the The Milwaukee Bucks Vs New York Knicks Game this past weekend in a peach top, black pants, and $940 Giambattista Valli Pony Print Fringe Heels:

It’s Monday! Hope you all had fabulous weekends. Still no sign of spring yet in New York City as it was quite brisk over the weekend, but I know it’s coming. It’ll be nice to have consecutive days of not having to wear a coat. Oh, to be a celeb and jet from coast to coast. *sigh*
Anyway, let’s see who was rocking this weekend…
British pop star Alexandra Burke and TV personality Jameela Jamil were spotted at the start of British Summer at The Garden Museum. Both ladies look great in long, shiny tresses and glowing skin. Hot!
Nicki Minaj hit up an event in Atlantic City, NJ wearing her signature green eyeshadow and pink lips. While I love the pairing of green and pink and how great it looks on the platinum-selling rapper, I feel like we almost always see this makeup look on her. I swear I remember more color combo variations when she was new on the scene.
Gabrielle Union and her cute as a button self was seen at a Nintendo event in Hollywood. Love her loose waves (I did a video recently on how to pick out hair like hers and other hair types here, by the way). I’m also loving her “no-makeup” makeup look.
“Love That Girl” star Tatyana Ali also hit up the Nintendo event. Hair and skin look great and her best accessory is her gorgeous mega watt smile.
Phylicia Rashad has always been one of my style and beauty icons. She attended the opening of “A Raisin in the Sun” in Los Angeles this past weekend looking just radiant. Well go ‘head then, Mrs. Huxtable.
Then over in Beverly Hills, Jennifer Hudson continued her new album promo with a visit to AOL studios to perform. I love her pink lipstick and would totally dig the side ponytail, but something about the hair line seems very obvious. Gorgeous girl though.
And finally Rihanna was spotted leaving a restaurant in Los Angeles. Cute headband—although it would look cuter if it were thinner and I like the style of her hair. Her soft pink makeup is a great companion for her fire red hair.

Titled ‘Hard Candy,’ each piece has delectable names like Mimosa, Pralines & Cream, Toasted Almond, and Toffee.
Comprised primarily of yummy colors like bubblegum pink, peach tart, tangerine, and sour apple green, the collection features catsuits, skirt suits, and mini dresses earmarked for the saucy, contemporary set.
