Happy Monday, folks!
Hope the weekend treated you kind. It’s FREEZING here in NYC. Like you can barely say “let me hop in the car real quick and just go door-to-door” without feeling chills all through your tuckus. *sigh*
Anyway, seems like Nicki Minaj was the Queen of the weekend with her many appearances in London. She and a few other stars were seen out and about. Let’s take a look at their…looks.
I love her makeup and hair here. It’s definitely Minaj-appropriate. But will you get into that nail color? LOVE it. It’s a taupe that looks very close to Essie Nail Polish in Mink Muffs or American Apparel Nail Lacquer in Mouse and is the perfect companion to a hand decked in elaborate rings. Hot!
OK—so I’m a Nicki Minaj fan. Her many looks just make me smile even if I’m also scratching my head at the same time. I’m loving the darker pink lip color on her (could do without the constant brown lip liner though) and love both of these hairdos. Even though one shouldn’t copy her looks exactly, it does inspire one to show out more. Hot!
Actress Kerry Washington was seen at the 22nd Annual PGA Awards. And boy do I love me some, Kerry. I love her peach toned makeup and her soft curls. Not sure what’s up with the lighting of the photo, but she’s such a gorgeous girl.
You wanna know I bowed down in front of my computer when I saw this pic of legendary actress Diahann Carroll? Mother is 76 years old and is giving it to the younger chicks. I adore her blush color and her lipstick. The hair is just beyond. And Dawnn Lewis made me drop down and give her 20 with her toned self. Looking no older than she was when she played Jalessa on “A Different World”. W-O-R-K.
Zoe Saldana and her sis Cicely Saldana were spotted at the Levi’s Showroom during the Sundance Film Festival. The sisters gave double doses of sleek, shiny hair, great skin, and gorgeous lip color. I’m especially loving Zoe’s eyeliner. HOT!
Nia Long and Free were at the NYC screening of “Mooz-lum” and the fact that both of these ladies are in their 40s is making me want to buy anti-aging creme in bulk. I love the great skin and soft makeup looks. Hot!
And finally UK pop sensation Alexandra Burke was seen performing in Glasgow. I’m in love with her glittery smoky eye and brown girl nude lip. I also love how her hair is swooped over her left eye (our right)…lol. Hot!

Kerry is lovely and Ms.Burke’s makeup seems to throw me off a bit, maybe it’s in combination with the wigs she wears but i can never fully appreciate her full face, shrugs

i like kerry’s makeup, and diahann carroll looks amazing for 76. nia looks gorgeous. nicki minaj looks like a cartoon character as usual.

Omg – love niki’s nail polish. I’m wearing Commander in Chic by Sally Hansen complete manicure and it’s looks exactly the same. I did them last night…it has the five steps of a manicure in one and a big brush to paint the whole nail in one swipe…I like. Last up to four days with no chipping…

alexandra burke look is gorgeous! the make-up and what looks to be a fierce performance…is she coming out with anything in the states? also, diahnn carroll has always been one of my favorites (loved her as whitley gilbert’s mom), nice to see a mini different world reunion.

Nicki’s outfits,hair,rinqs and everythinq that she wears looks so pretty and fits her because shes very different! I Personally think that shes a good rapper, i listen to her every single day and it bugs me how lil kim could hate on her so much! Like No Boo Boo Your finished no need for a comeback. Lil kim had her time to shine Years aqo i don’t know why her uglyself wants to come at nicki! And it bugs me that lil kim could talk all that smack about nicki and not expect nicki to say somethinq which she did on the “Radio”. Lil kim needs to go sit down and get more plastic surgery like she has been doin and it looks terrible by the way IF I MAY SAY LIL KIM! NICKI MINAJ DO YA THANG GIRL!
