Hey everyone! Vuitton here with a post weekend wrap up of the 17th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. As you come to know me, you’ll discover that I’m not one to watch the actual show (with the exception of the Grammy’s and the VMA’s), but celeb-watching on the red carpet is right up my alley…because that’s all that matters, right? Although the SAG Awards didn’t offer a myriad of our favorite red carpet constants, we still managed to snag a few shots of celebs who left us wanting more, and some who just simply underwhelmed us. Let’s have a look see!
First up is Eva Longoria in Georges Hobeika Couture…

The actress rarely does any wrong in her gown choices, and this picture shows us why. It’s refreshing to finally see her in something other than black, and despite the deep V, she still manages to look sexy and chic without overdoing it. Hot!
Reality starlet Kim Kardashian also hit the red carpet in this Marchesa Resort gown…

Survey says…hot! I’m not sure I’ve seen her wear anything plum, and this gown does justice for her skin tone. I love the embellishments around the shoulder, bust and waist. That may sem like a lot of places to place beading, but it works on this dress.
Rosario Dawson made an appearance wearing J. Mendel gown…

Personally, I think she looks fabulous. Yes, the dress is simple, but I love how she paired the pale yellow of the gown with those bright green drop earrings. Her hair gives her ensemble a boost as well.
The Glee girls were in full effect with Amber Riley leading in a gown by Anne Barge…

Amber is slowly becoming a red carpet fave of mine. She looks absolutely stunning in this black asymmetrical mermaid gown. I’m not 100% crazy about the rosette details at the bottom, but the girl looks amazing nonetheless. Hot!
Co-star Naya Rivera also sidled down the carpet representing for the Glee girls…

However, she didn’t represent well. This is what happens when a beautiful girl gets the dress all wrong. I love the color, but the dress is so boring. If you cut it at the waist, I could definitely see this as a top in the bargain bin at a superstore. I have faith, though, that she’ll bounce back from this.
And representing for the guys is Taye Diggs…

The actor and his smile look incredibly dapper in a black tux. I wasn’t initially a fan of the color of the bowtie, but it has grown on me the more I look at it.
And last, but not least is Garcelle Beavais-Nilon who attended a SAG Awards pre-party hosted by Entertainment Weekly…
She’s been painting the town a lot lately, and looking hot while doing so. Her hair and makeup look divine, and that striped skirt is something fierce! A red clutch adds some pop to the outfit without drawing any attention away from it. Hot!
Who rocked it, and who didn’t, this week for you?
