For today we’re profiling celebrities whose makeup game is always on point. To quote the illustrious Linnethia (Nene) Leakes, they’re the ones who always show up with their, “lips bustin [and] eyes poppin.” Let’s take a look at our top 10 contenders, shall we?

The beauties who received most of your nominations were Halle Berry, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Beyonce, Kerry Washington, Lala, Janet Jackson, Nia Long, Chrisette Michele, and Solange.
1. Halle Berry

With clear, flawless skin, and a face that can work everything from a crew cut to long curly locks, Halle Berry shut it down on red carpets all over the world.

Her looks are legendary. In 2009 rapper Hurricane Chris made an ode to her beauty called, “Halle Berry (She’s fine).” He rapped, “Halle Berry you jazzy, and that’s way past fine/Girl you look like something that’s supposed to be on the dance line/…She makes me want to keep her close by like a sidekick/She the type of chick that ain’t gon never look sloppy.” Sigh. Need we say more?
2. Kim Kardashian

Though some of us aren’t 100% sure why this part Armenian firecracker is a celebrity, none can deny her fabulous beauty (and style) game.

While some outfits may be hmmworthy, her makeup is always hot, and her lashes whether real or faux are endlessly enviable.

3. Rihanna

The Caribbean beauty is obviously a stunner, but what makes her stand out is her willingness to take risks. 2010 saw her go from blonde streaked boldness to a bright red crew cut and beyond.

Let’s admit it: we were all hmm’ing at the Kool Aid red she debuted in June, but we can’t deny that she worked it, going from short and sassy to bobbed to long and luxurious.

Only Rih Rih could made a beauty blunder into a blockbuster.

4. Beyonce

Beyonce’s got that married ‘glow’ going, so she can make a statement without doing much.

This fresh faced Texan can make heads swivel with just a little dab of eyeliner and a demure nude lip.

5. Kerry Washington

There’s a reason why seasoned actress Kerry Washington graced the covers Elle, Essence, and the LA Times Magazine this year. Her chiseled cheekbones are to die for, and her versatile look is bound to appeal to large swaths of women.

From nude to berry lips, and from straight to curly locks, Kerry can work it all. As Danielle said in one post, she should be fined for being so–well–fine.

6. Lala

Newlywed Lala has become more of a fixture on the Bomb, not only for her well plucked outfits, but also for her fly hair and makeup.

The doe-eyed hot mamma knows how to accentuate her best features, and makes cameras flash with every blink of her well defined eyes.

7. Janet Jackson

Ms. Jackson debuted a short cut this year, proving that with her gorgeous features, she can rock any hairstyle and make it work.

She dazzled on the silver screen in Tyler Perry’s “For Colored Girls,” and sizzled off camera with her new boyfriend, Wissam Al Mana.

8. Nia Long

Can you believe Nia Long is 40? We can’t either.

The girl’s got the glow of a 20 year old, and the skin of a teenager. We. are. jealous.

9. Chrisette Michele

Chrisette Michelle jumped on the ‘hair chop’ train, debuting a new buzz cut in 2010. While June Ambrose undoubtedly helped Chrisette with her wardrobe, Chrisette definitely took the reigns on her beauty look.

This past year saw her throwing the peace sign to cameras with dark red lips, and beautifully defined eyes.

10. Solange Knowles

Solange cut her hair off in July 2009, and has since experimented with various ‘dragons’–her term for delightfully kinky hair extensions.

The trendsetter is never afraid to try different things, and delighted us with her bold purple lips, manicured brows, and dewy skin.
