Potential Vogue coverboy and basketball player Amar’e Stoudemire has reportedly been in talks with Rachel Roy about a design collaboration:
According to Page Six, the two have been meeting since September to discuss joining forces on Rachel’s lower priced line, Rachel Rachel Roy. Stoudemire’s rep said, “They’ve had conversations but nothing’s confirmed.”
I’m not much of a sports girl, so forgive my ignorance: Who is this guy? I know Anna Wintour invited him as her special guest to the Fashion’s Night concert at Lincoln Center, and he sat front row at the Tommy Hilfiger show. From what I can see dude can dress, and apparently he told Page Six, “I love fashion . . . I love watches. I love shoes. I make sure that every time I step out of the house, I’m feeling comfortable and fashion-forward.”
Still, this all seems a tad random.
Enlighten me ladies.

He plays for the New York Knicks. As you have mentioned, he was seen everywhere and with everyone during NYFW.. Currently he can be seen with Amber Rose…

I’m such a stan of Rachel’s personal style and beauty, but what it is up with all these random collaborations? Jessica Stam, Estelle, and now Amar’e? None of those past collabos were impressive and this probably won’t be either.
