Hey Guys!
I’m sure you’ve heard of Rent the Runway, but have you ever tried it? I decided to use the service recently and I loved it.
Ever since I moved back to New York, I’ve had a pretty full social plate with birthday parties and dinners. Of course I like to switch my outfits up, and I’m over buying $300+ dresses I can only wear once. I ordered the Halston Heritage dress below for $100 (retail $800), and it was a hit!
Here’s how it works: About a week or two before your scheduled event, hop on www.renttherunway.com and browse dresses and jewelry by brands like Herve Leger, Helmut Lang, Rachel Roy, Milly, and Proenza Schoulder. Make sure your dress is available, then reserve by filling out all required details. A courier hand delivers the dress to your doorstep, and you have 4-8 days (depending on how long you rented the dress) to enjoy. At the end, you enclose the dresses in a pre-stamped envelope and drop it off in any USPS postbox. Rent the Runway takes care of dry cleaning and shipping!
If you love to look fly on a dime, this is the way to do it.
Browse styles at www.renttherunway.com.
They’re also having their first ever clearance sale. Check it out here.
What do you think? And have you tried Rent the Runway?

IDK. You could just hit the resale/thrift stores and get something remade/revamped…and keep it forever.
I just dont like parting with my clothes! LOL!

OMgosh, luvvvvv RTR! Haven’t rented from there yet but love browsing through all the dresses and accessories. It’s also cool that you can pick 2 sizes- just in case.
Calire, the Halston is the HAUTENESS… I want that gold dress now, and I’d also pair with black tights but may wear some thin strappy gold platforms with it.
Now I just need somewhere fabulous to wear it all…

I’m so excited about this site. I have so many events coming up, and really hated the thought of splurging on everything must have item; now I can rent them for a fraction of the cost. Good Looking Claire, whoop!
