Happy Monday, Bombshells! Hope the weekend treated you well. I’m back in NYC after my little surprise trip to Georgia for my niece’s sweet 16 and fresh off the pressure pills I had to take after watching how some of her friends ‘danced.’ *bites nails off*

An interesting mix of celebs were out so let’s zero in on their hair and makeup…

I KNEW Lil’ Kim still had it in her. I knew it. Big Mama Queen Bee was out celebrating the opening of her and her cousins chain of salons and the veteran rapper looks GORGEOUS! It’s been a long time since we’ve seen both her makeup and hair looking flawless. I love the retro ‘do and the soft makeup colors used to create her look. And if you look at the full length shots, mama’s waist is SNATCHED, too.

Actress Dania Ramirez hosted a party at the Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino this weekend. And it’s absolutely unfair a woman who looks this good with such little makeup on to have a Cover Girl contract, right? It’s like—how are we supposed to believe it works? lol

Over in California, celebs were out at the 32nd Edition Of An Evening Of Stars with a special tribute to powerhouse singer Chaka Khan. The former member of Rufus and Chaka wore her usual diva wig and contoured face. Looking hot!

Academy Award winner Mo’Nique came out to support. The actress wore her signature red carpet slicked back bun with perfectly sculptured brows and cheeks with matching lip. Hot!

Wish there was a closeup pic of Nicole Ari Parker‘s face, but from this angle her cute flipped pixie and bronzy makeup look H-O-T!

TV personality Tanika Ray was also in attendance. Her smile is her best accessory and it doesn’t hurt that she also has a gorgeous face and really cool hair. Hot!

And rounding up the Chaka Khan tribute was I-never-have-a-bad-hair-day Taraji P. Henson. Homegirl’s hair was in full swing as per usual and she topped it all off with a hot red lip.

Over in Chi-town, funny woman Niecey Nash hosted a charity event to benefit the Chicago Youth Centers. Ms. Nash loves her makeup—I can relate. But the foundation is too heavy. A slightly more sheer version would suit the star better.

Ameriie was also there and is still rocking her platinum blonde tresses. I’m thinking if she threw some loose beach waves/curls in there it would look much better, right? Celebrity hairstylist Johnny Wright was also at the event—he could have hooked her up real quick. Hmm…

Keri Hilson was out in NYC for the “The Get Schooled National Challenge & Tour” at MLK High School. She looked like her usual cute self and looked very appropriate for the occasion. I’m not entirely sold on the way her blush is applied but she still looks cute.

In Vegas, stars showed up to the Children Mending Hearts Pre-Workshop Gala. Ever the role model, Raven-Symone showed up looking svelte and done up. Love the hair and makeup. Work it, Raven.

Tamala Jones was also there with Raven with glowing skin and a great smile. I love the soft colors and the cheek highlight–great ways to show off great skin. Hot!

Jada Pinkett-Smith was out in Milan celebrating Naomi Campbell’s 25th anniversary as a supermodel extraordinaire. Jada killed it in greenish-gold shadow, peach cheeks, and rosy lips. Hot!

And finally the starts of The Cleveland Show were out for a live table read to kick off the show’s second season. Sanaa Lathan was there looking quite youthful with flawless skin and bouncy curls. Hot!

Mama-to-be Regan Gomez was there as well giving radiance. Her baby bump is too cute!

I love everything about Kym Whitley‘s look here from the hair to the makeup to her adorable dimples. Hot!
