So it’s my last Friday in Paris before I move back home. Sadness. Today I’ve decided to take a day trip to Normandy. When I was 16 I did a homestay with a family in Normandy and have loved France ever since! I figured before I go back home it’d be nice to return to where it all started. Which means….Mail Bombs today will be short yet sweet!

Lastly in a wardrobe query, Jayme says, ” On Saturday I am supposed to go on a date with a guy that I haven’t seen in years (since high school actually). I want to wear something cute and flirty but I am not exactly sure what to wear. I was thinking about these shorts since it’s a day date but I’m not sure what to wear with them.”
” I need your help, please and thank you!”
I’d say pair your shorts with a frilly top, tucked in so you don’t obscure your short’s waist details. If you want to stay safe, opt for a white top. Go for bold and daring with a bold blue top that will contrast nicely with your orange shorts. Slip on a low heel and a clutch or small shoulder bag in colors that pick up on your outfit:

Jayme I like those shorts! They have a print correct? I think a simple but clean tank would look nice with them. Tucked in and topped with a statement necklace! Wow him, girl! Good luck!

thanks, Claire for posting the dress! apparently it had been long gone from stores. they suggested i try the outlets.. i wore something else for the birthday, but will def check the outlets when i do my fall shopping. thanks again!
