Amber Rose wore an electric Ruffle Top Neon Patchwork Dress by New York based brand Pavon by Luz and Victoria for a recent outing:

The cute, 80′s inspired cotton/spandex dress is only $62 and features eye catching colors like neon pink, blue, green, and yellow. She accessorized her affordable outfit with $130 neon orange Nooka Mercury Sunglasses…
…and Barbie like pink peep toe pumps:
This look is a bit over the top, but I love it on her. The bold hues complement her blonde buzz cut, colorful tattoo, and skin tone:

What do you think?
Psst, Amber must have partaken in Pavon by Luz and Victoria’s ‘Buy One Tube Dress, Get One Free’ sale, as she wore another one of their ruffled creations a day prior. The dresses range in price from $62-78 and come in a myriad of colors:

These dresses would be cute without the tacky looking ruffle detail, I can’t get past that. The dress looks tacky on Amber as well

I don’t know if I could pull this off but its suits Ms.Rose…..she pulls it off really well!

Its a short fluorescent skin tight miniskirt- its supposed to be fun. The ruffle adds to that fun. She has a kick ass body and looks adorable in this dress- tacky sounds like something one would say if they took themselves way too seriously…

Amber may be the only person on the face of the earth that can get away with wearing this dress. It fits her personality and style.

I think the dresses are fun and sexy. If she would have taken off the shades and necklace, should would have rocked it without looking like a bowl of fruity pebbles.

Wow….what reasonable prices…and these dresses are fun….it helps to see the whole collection. I’m crazy top heavy so the ruffles would probably be a no-no for me, but I’m in love with the bottom row, far left….also the snake skin and pink ruffle one…love the idea…probably wouldn’t rock it though.

I want one…. ! She looks good in dem !
July 7, 2010 10:34 am
Love it and I am coping one right now!

This woman’s never met a spandex dress or pants she didn’t like. The dress is cute and fun, but I would tone it down with a nude heel.
July 7, 2010 10:38 am
oh okay….wow…they come in x large too…I got a couple of neon pumps left over from last year…think I’m going to buy the colorful one and keep my accesories/hair simple. Thanks Claire.

I’d like the dress if the ruffles were removed…..too 80s prom for me
July 7, 2010 12:12 pm
i love how she can pull it off!! i think this dress would look better without the ruffles..
July 7, 2010 12:27 pm
*sigh* i see my brand has been outted. thank you amber rose for sharing the secret =( lol
July 7, 2010 1:23 pm
I gotta have color! So while I’m also a little concerned about the ruffle (@yusufswifee)… push comes to shove, I can have tailor take it off!
July 7, 2010 2:08 pm
These dresses are the cutest/ugliest things I’ve seen in a long time. Amber is rocking it though. The one from last week wasn’t doing it.

i don’t think i could pull it off but its such a good pick for Amber, she looks great in it! the lip stick and accessories are perfect.

In my opinion the ruffle detail takes this dress too over the top for me!
July 7, 2010 7:25 pm
this is actually pretty cute…
July 7, 2010 7:27 pm
I love the dress….on Amber. I’m not sure anyone else could (or should) pull this off
July 8, 2010 10:21 am
i love this look on her because it’s just her style. she wears it well. on another chick, it may not look this good but she knows what she’s doing.
July 8, 2010 6:06 pm
Looks cheap and tacky. It works on her b/c she’s very cheap and tacky. I wouldn’t even classify it as over-the-top. Over-the-top is McQueen or Galliano, this is just cheap spandex with a ruffle lol
July 8, 2010 10:59 pm
This is one ugly dress. I don’t think it would look good on anyone and even Amber Rose couldn’t pull this off. If it didn’t have the ruffle collar…maybe…but ruffle color, bright neons, with the hot pink shoe? MESS.
July 9, 2010 12:24 pm
The ruffles cheapen the dress,

[...] Since our international Bombshells haven’t been faring too well with our exacting critics, I’ve decided to bring it back Stateside today with Nish from Florida: She says, “I’m a college student who has a passion for fashion.” ” I consider myself a fashion stylist who models in her own attire.” ” I would describe my style as a mix of classy and vintage.” “… I like to try different styles with different looks.” ” Monica and Kim Kardashian definitely inspire my style :)” Cute! And you better work that Pavon by Luz & Victoria ruffle top dress! [...]
