It’s been a little while since we’ve had any Swagger fun, but they brought it back with Alvin, a stylisto spotted on the uber fashionable Boulevard Saint Germain des Prés:
Rain has been the rule this season, and Alvin dressed for the occasion swimmily in an oversized trench coat and puddle resistant high top shoes. He accessorized with cool readers and large headphones. Hot!
