The handcrafted pieces are made by women in Rwanda and Tanzania and are offered as part of the RACHEL Rachel Roy Spring 2010 collection. Proceeds from each piece help benefit the lives of women by giving them the opportunity to earn an income and find independence. What a cool cause!

I love the clutch in the Fairwinds collection! I love large clutches in general, but I really appreciate that these are one of a kind.

I am in love with the clutch from the Fairwinds collection. It has an organic and ethnic feel, but very chic and classic!

The earrings are absolutely beautiful. Earrings are one of those things that just draw people to your face, and these are simple, but still do not lack drama. Wear them casually or with a LBD in the evening, and you can’t go wrong. They don’t take away or overwhelm.
That’s why I like them. It’s style that is universal. And I hope that people see that.

My favorite item is the black multi fabric clutch. I like the simple shape and the tatteredness of the fabric.
