FYI: For those on a budget NYX's Black Label has a really pretty hot pink called what else "Hot Pink". I use a fuschia color lip pencil all over the lips and then top with lipstick. I put a little lipgloss (same color or close) in the middle of the lips for some depth. Looks great. Love hot pink lips.
