Hey Guys!
So my lil sis Dee Dee goes to UGA (go Dawgs!) and commissioned one of her street style snapping friends, Rasaan, to capture a bit of Southern fried fabness for us!
Even though he admits the weather has been quite miserable down in the Dirty South, he did find the time to capture tons of Real Style! Take a look:
I love so many things about these shots! The sunglasses, the confidence, yes even the open toe shoe boots.

@Joy I have attended college in Georgia, and I know from experience that a lot of students do sacrifice practicality for the sake of looking good (hence the club gear).

I go to UGA, and let me tell you, almost no one comes out looking like that. Except for the guy and the girl with the wedges, I wouldn’t believe anyone going to class in that. To the club, yes.
I mean, it looks like the girl in the first pic is in one of the recreational center parking lots…
Nevertheless, UGA is a great place to keep it stylish, but simple during the day, and then look great at night.
But you also have the UGG inflation, so sometimes it can be a bit suffocating.

ATL girls don’t play. When I was at the Lenox Square Mall over the holidays, they were DONE up, miss honey…lol. Everyone had hair dos and outfits for days looking like local celebrities :)

The first look is a little too trendy for me, but everything else is fab. And yes, going to class or not, for the most part they shuts it down.

Everyone looks great, but I attended UGA and no one dresses up like that during the day. Cute style though!

In my humble opinion, only the young lady and young man in the third and fourth pics look like that could be their actual, true style. Everyone else looks like fashion victims, in the sense that they are following every trend and not because they aren’t fashionable. I just think you shouldn’t rock so many stand-out pieces at once.

FBFan is right on point…Everyone besides pics 3 and 4 look nice but too put together. You get the sense that the people in pics 3 and 4 are showcasing their own true style, you can tell even by their poses.
