Rachel Roy came out last night for The Cinema Society Screening Of “The Young Victoria” in a floral mini dress and chic trench worn with shimmer tights and boots. To play up her colorful frock, she rocked a candy pink clutch and opted for a dark red lip and sultry smoky eyes. Rachel Roy is consistently impeccable, but something about this choice gave me pause. Perhaps it’s the sheen of the tights? Or the ‘done’ makeup?
What do you guys think? Hot! Or Hmmm….

I will give her a luke warm Hot! I agree, the make up seems to serious for the look. But she is fantab no matter what!

She looks wonderful, but her makeup could of been a lot softer and a different color clutch as well!! But she looks GREAT!!

Personally, I love Rachel’s style. She usually gets it just right by pairing very classic pieces like a trench coat with something splashy like a printed dress. And let’s not forget that deep red lipstick. POW!

Her look has changed since she split from Dame Dash. I hated that coupling, but I loved her style from those days. It seems like now she’s going for a more youthful look and I’m not feelin’ it as much. The only think I really dislike about this ‘fit is the shiny metallic leggings…they gotta go!

I totally agree with Liah…I think this ‘fit is more youthful than what I’m used to seeing her in. I like her classy, professional style a little more than this outfit. But – she’s still got great style for sure!

Too many accents…
If the main is a dress, then should tone down other items.
No metalic legs, no pink clutch.
The trench looks too much, too.
