Stuff Fly People Like caught this pic of Pharrell at a Serpentine Gallery Summer Party in London, England:
He seemed to be taking cues from his British surroundings in a newsboy cap, piped blazer, and knee high flat boots.
I love Pharrell from a very deep place, and in most cases I think he looks hot! But this time around…hmmm….

The boots totally throw the look off, otherwise it would have been a well put together fit.

It’s an ok look. I’m not blown away. I’m not sure how tall he is but it makes his legs look short.

He’s too short for the boots. He’s like 5’7″ tops. He would look so much better without them. I still love him though.
